Custom-built cladded pipes from India

India-made clad pipelines from Crystal Industrial Syndicate conform to the most stringent standards for durability, corrosion resistance, and cost effectiveness. Typically, the outer portion of the pipe is composed of carbon steel in order to withstand the interior pressures, while the inner high alloyed cladding is intended to prevent corrosion.

Our cladded pipes undergo two distinct cladding processes: 1) Plates metallurgically cladded 2) Pipes mechanically bonded

Metallurgically cladded plates :

Using metallurgically cladded plates, we manufacture clad pipelines through a patent-pending method. The procedure ensures a strong bond between the various materials.

We have been producing these cladded pipes in India for reputable companies around the globe, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

We offer an extensive variety of clad pipe sizes. We manufacture outside diameters ranging from 114.3 mm (4") to 1,219 mm (48") in a variety of material combinations. Both external and internal cladding options are available for our cladded pipelines.

Mechanically bonded plates :

This consists of a corrosion-resistant cladded pipe that is aligned telescopically inside a pipe with the use of a carbon-manganese material. Utilizing hydraulic expansion, a secure bond is formed between the two pipelines.

We manufacture these clad pipes in a range of diameters, from 114.3 mm (4") to 660 mm (26"), and in lengths up to 12 m without circumferential welding.

In comparison to metallurgically cladded pipes, our mechanically bonded pipes from India offer a greater variety of material combinations for both the inner and outer pipe, as well as significant cost savings. Utilizing economical carbon steels in conjunction with corrosion-resistant steels and a low-cost production process contributed to the cost savings. In addition, the method permits simple assembly of cladded pipelines on-site.
